FAQ

Q: DO I NEED A MOTORCYCLE LICENSE?
No. Scooters are 49cc so no special permit is needed, however, YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. No temporary learning permits. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF CUSTOMER IS UNABLE TO SHOW VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD UPON DELIVERY!!
Q: DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD TO RENT?
To rent a scooter you must have a major credit card.
Q: WHAT AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO?
South Beach, Miami Beach, Midtown, Brickell and other local Miami areas. Delivery is free only from 1st to 63rd Street in Miami Beach. Other areas will have a fee. Please call +1 850-252-3700 for a delivery quote.
Q: IS THERE A DELIVERY CUT-OFF TIME?
All scooters are delivered by 4PM for overnight rentals.
Q: MUST I WEAR A HELMET?
No, but we HIGHLY recommend and suggest it. Florida state law dos not require a helmet, however we emphasize safety first. Glasses are MANDATORY. Sunglasses, goggles, or other forms of eye protection are required. Passengers under 16 MUST wear a helmet.
Q: IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
Yes. You must be 18 years or older to rent a scooter.
Q: WHAT KIND OF SHOES WILL I NEED?
We strongly encourage the use of closed-end shoes or sneakers. Wearing flip-flops is a disaster waiting to happen. There are going to be times when you will probably want to put your foot down when you are making a turn in a gravelly area. So, think about it.
Q: DO I NEED TO FILL THE TANK WITH GAS?
It reserves the right to deny any rental or cancel the reservation if we determine you are operating in an unsafe or uninformed manner. We have the right to refuse rental if we determine that you are not comfortable and confident after the getting-used-to period when we are showing you how to operate the scooter.
Q: HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THE SCOOTER IS SAFE WHILE PARKING?
Be friendly with the business owners, residents, and doormen where you park regularly; they will be your eyes when you are not around, and may pass along information to you in case of an incident. Use multiple methods: a steering lock, a wheel chained up (especially to a stationary object) will take too long for most thieves to defeat. Park near others, especially other motorcycles, in well lit, foot trafficked areas.
Q: WHERE AM I ALLOWED TO PARK?
Any legal parking space or designated scooter parking. Please follow all local parking regulations in Miami Beach and City of Miami.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS TO THE RENTAL IF IT RAINS?
In the event of severe rain or inclement weather, we advise our customers to exercise caution when riding. You may cancel, but the normal refund regulations apply.
